This Refund Policy applies to all services and products provided by Green Morning Hill. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Photography Service Bookings

1.1 Deposits

All deposits paid to secure a photography session date are non-refundable. The deposit serves to reserve your date in our schedule and compensates for administrative work and the opportunity cost of declining other bookings for that date.

Our cancellation policy for photography services is as follows:

2.1 Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality photography services. If you are dissatisfied with the technical quality of your photographs (focus, exposure, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your images to discuss your concerns.

Please note: Stylistic preferences (such as composition, posing, or editing style) are subjective matters that are typically discussed and agreed upon before the session. Dissatisfaction with stylistic elements does not generally qualify for refunds if the delivered images are consistent with our portfolio and discussed style.

2.2 Resolution Process

If you are unhappy with the services provided, we will work with you to address your concerns through the following steps:

  1. Submit your concerns in writing, specifying the issues with the images or service.
  2. We will acknowledge your concerns within 3 business days.
  3. We will offer solutions that may include re-editing of images, partial re-shoots (where feasible), or other reasonable remedies.
  4. In cases where technical failures have significantly impacted the quality of the final product, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Digital Images and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital images, presets, or other downloadable digital content are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or accessed.

3.2 Online Galleries

Online gallery hosting periods cannot be refunded once the gallery has been delivered and accessed.

4.1 Albums, Prints, and Other Physical Products

For physical products such as albums, prints, and frames:

To return a defective or incorrect physical product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photos of the defect if possible.
  2. We will provide instructions for returning the product, including return shipping information.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Green Morning Hill only in cases where the product is defective or where we made an error in fulfilling your order.

5. Gift Certificates and Prepaid Sessions

5.1 Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Gift certificates must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Prepaid Session Packages

Prepaid multi-session packages (such as "Year in the Life" or milestone packages) are non-refundable for unused sessions once the first session has been completed.

6. Method of Refund

When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Extenuating Circumstances

We recognize that extraordinary circumstances beyond your control may arise. In cases of serious illness, injury, or bereavement that prevent you from attending your scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include rescheduling without additional fees or, in extreme cases, partial refunds at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
