Green Morning Hill provides Green Morning Hill, including but not limited to portrait photography, wedding photography, event photography, and commercial photography. Services are provided according to the specifics outlined in the booking confirmation, contract, or other agreements between Green Morning Hill and the client.
2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and a confirmation email or contract has been issued by Green Morning Hill.
2.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure your booking date. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance due.
2.3 Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the scheduled session date for portrait and commercial photography, and 30 days prior for wedding and event photography, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
3.1 Cancellation by Client: In the event of cancellation by the client, the following applies:
3.2 Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability. Rescheduling more than once may incur additional fees.
3.3 Cancellation by Green Morning Hill: In the unlikely event that Green Morning Hill must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer. If a replacement cannot be found, all payments made will be refunded in full.
4.1 Copyright: According to UK Copyright Law, the photographer retains copyright of all images created. Copying, scanning, or reproducing images in any form without the written permission of Green Morning Hill is strictly forbidden and constitutes an infringement of copyright.
4.2 License for Personal Use: Green Morning Hill grants clients a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes. This includes printing for personal display and sharing on social media with proper attribution.
4.3 Commercial Usage: Commercial usage of any images requires a separate license agreement and may incur additional fees. Please contact us for commercial licensing information.
4.4 Marketing and Portfolio Use: Green Morning Hill reserves the right to use images created during your session for marketing purposes, including portfolio, social media, website, and advertising. If you prefer that your images not be used for these purposes, please notify us in writing prior to your session.
5.1 Delivery Timeline: Digital images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract (typically 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions, 6-8 weeks for weddings and events).
5.2 Image Selection: Green Morning Hill carefully selects and edits the best images from your session. The number of final images will be as specified in your package or contract.
5.3 Image Storage: Green Morning Hill will store your images for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee the availability of your images, and a retrieval fee may apply if they are still available.
5.4 Raw Files: RAW files are not provided under any circumstances as they are considered unfinished work.
6.1 Quality Guarantee: Green Morning Hill strives to deliver high-quality professional photographs. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of your photos, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: In all circumstances, Green Morning Hill's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
6.3 Unforeseen Circumstances: While we take all possible care to ensure the highest quality of service, certain factors are beyond our control (e.g., lighting conditions, weather, location restrictions, subject cooperation). We cannot guarantee specific images or exact replication of sample photos.
6.4 Equipment Failure: In the rare event of equipment failure, photographer illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of any payments made or re-scheduling at a later date.
7.1 Product Quality: All physical products (albums, prints, etc.) are produced by professional labs to ensure the highest quality. Color variations can occur between digital images and printed products due to different display calibrations and printing processes.
7.2 Ordering Period: Orders for additional products must be placed within 6 months of the delivery of your digital images. After this period, we cannot guarantee the availability of your images for product creation.
7.3 Defects: Any defective products will be replaced at no cost if reported within 14 days of receipt.
8.1 Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer and positively respond to the photographer's direction during the session.
8.2 Punctuality: The client agrees to be ready at the appointed time. Late starts due to the client's tardiness will not extend the scheduled end time and may result in fewer final images.
8.3 Permits: If the client chooses a location that requires a permit or fee, the client is responsible for securing and paying for such permits or fees.
8.4 Third-Party Interference: The client is responsible for managing guests or other third parties who may interfere with the photographer's ability to capture images (e.g., guests with cameras at weddings).
9.1 Content Accuracy: While we strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, we do not warrant that the information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. We reserve the right to change content, products, and services at any time without notice.
9.2 External Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of linked third-party sites.
9.3 User Content: By posting comments, testimonials, or other content on our website or social media platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
